    Q. What is SBON?
    A:

We are a network of experienced professionals. SBON has developed networking partnerships with professionals in the real estate, contracting, banking and mortgage brokering industry. We offer our clients FREE and UNLIMITED POSTINGS on our web site, while assisting them in all phases of the successful sale of their home. Our goal is to help the small percentage of the 'sale by owner' real estate market sell their home with or without the aid of a realtor.

    Q. What is the function of the SBON?
    A: To free up our client's valuable time. If you run your own open house, odds are you've wasted your time talking to real estate agents, mortgage brokers and non-qualified buyers. Our function is simple. We only send to you people who are qualified and have a written commitment by our partners to purchase your home. You receive total support from your personal consultant from the beginning phases of your sale to your close. This is what sets the SBON apart from all other FSBO programs.
    Q. Can a SBON consultant negotiate for the seller?
    A: Absolutely NOT!! Although the owner of the SBON is a licensed Real Estate Agent, not all of our consultants are. Our policy is very strict. We will not aid the seller or buyer in the negotiations for the property. We will, however, assist you with all phases after the offer has been accepted by the seller.
    Q. Who qualifies to be an SBON consultant?
    A: The first and most important criterion for any potential SBON consultant is that they be of good moral character. Our consultants are qualified mortgage bankers and brokers who have extensive experience in their profession. They must have extensive knowledge of the 200 plus lending institutions in our network. Our consultants have the experience and knowledge to qualify a vast range of buyers. We can help both prime buyers and sub-prime buyers purchase the home of their dreams.
    Q. Are there any FEEs charged to the Client?
    A: No! We are the "Home of the 0% Real Estate Commission." Our network partners share all of our costs! There is no cost to the client to post their homes with us.
    Q. What is the advantage to the SBON buyer? Who really pays ALL fees incurred from the sale of the home? The buyer or the seller?
    A: The answer is simple. Upon successful completion of the transaction, the buyer pays all of the fees originated by the sale. They pay all mortgage fees as well as the 2, 4, or 6% that the seller has to pay to the realtor. With the SBON both the buyer and the seller save, but in the end, the buyer is the biggest winner. The SBON is a free service to both seller and buyer.
