The
objective of every realtor is to generate as many listings
and help as many buyers as possible. The Sold By Owner
Network’s Realtor Program will help funnel thousands
of qualified homeowners and buyers to the realtors in
our program. We supply you with homeowners who have
made an effort to sell their homes on their own and
have been unsuccessful. They will welcome the help of
a friendly, knowledgeable SBON network realtor. And,
you will access each SBON client individually and charge
a fair and reasonable fee.

What is the
catch? |

A: |
Any realtor associated
with SBON will agree to access each SBON client referral
individually and apply a reasonable and fair fee. For
example, your fee will be higher for clients who require
more service than those needing less attention and lower
advertising costs. The seller of a home that comes off
a SBON contract will be referred to a partner in our Realtor
Network, one day before the contract ends. You must also
agree not to solicit anyone already in the program, and
to not dissuade anyone interested in participating. You
may, of course, send those interested in attempting to
sell on their own, to our website. |

What is the
cost for the Realtor to become a member? |

There is no cost
to the realtor. Our reasoning is simple. Unlike the loan
officer that is able to charge whatever fee is necessary
to close the transaction, the realtor agrees to assess
the needs of each client on an individual basis and adjust
their fees voluntarily to aid the SBON client. This may
incur additional expenses for the realtor, depending on
the individual situation. |
